How we schedule and charge pool closings:
Pool closings are scheduled within the week you requested, unless there are no other pools scheduled in your area. If so, you will be contacted with your other options ($100 more for a specific day or time requested). We will email you at least one day prior to coming out (weather, routing and other factors play into this). If your pool was scheduled for closing and the weather or lack of laborers forces us to have to reschedule we will contact you. You do not need to be home when we come. Your credit card will be charged upon check out.
